Welcome to VeniSure (“VeniSure,” “we,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile scheduling tools, and mobile phlebotomy services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1.  Our Services
VeniSure provides mobile phlebotomy services by licensed professionals. Through our website and direct communications, patients can schedule blood draws to be performed at their home, workplace, or care facility. Collected specimens are delivered to the lab specified in the lab order (e.g., Quest, LabCorp).

2.  Not Medical Advice
VeniSure does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We perform specimen collection only. You should consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider for any questions related to your health or lab results.

In the case of an emergency, call 911.

3.  Scheduling and Payment
You may schedule appointments online or by contacting us directly. Fees for services may vary depending on location, urgency, or insurance type. All fees must be paid in full unless alternative billing has been arranged.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.

4.  Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. If scheduling for a minor, you must be the parent or legal guardian and provide appropriate consent.

5.  Account Information
When you provide us with your information for scheduling or communication, you agree that it is accurate and up-to-date. You are responsible for any activity made under your contact or account details.

6.  Consent to Communication
By using our Services, you consent to receive text messages, phone calls, or emails related to appointment confirmations, updates, or support. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at labs@venisusre.com

7.  Restrictions
You agree not to:
• Use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Misrepresent your identity or medical status
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt our systems or networks
• Attempt to reverse engineer, duplicate, or misuse our service tools or brand

8.  Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and materials provided by VeniSure are the property of VeniSure or its partners. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute them without permission.

9.  Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeniSure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of our Services.

10.  Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice.

11.  Updates to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
